When service with multiple stops (including stops en route and wait and return ) is provided exclusively within the city of Washington, DC, service will be billed at the hourly rate with no mileage fees. A $25 minimum includes the first half hour of service. Additional time will be charged at $12.50 per quarter hour ($50/hr.) A grace period of up to fifteen minutes of waiting will apply at the point of pick up. The hourly rate does not apply for airport service.

Flat rate pricing areas are defined by specific zip codes. Our reservation agents can confirm if your zip code is within a listed flat rate area. If you like to see a the zip code list please click on "zip codes", and if you like to reserve a limo please click on the reserve link next to the price.  Please note that these prices are base rate.  Rates do not include waiting time, toll charges, parking fees, meet & greet fees, extra stop fee, fuel surcharge, early/late pick up fee, and gratuity (20%). Airport and Union Station Flat rates do not apply for trips with multiple stops. A $10.00 meet and greet fee will be added for all service from the airports. This charge includes up to 30 minutes of waiting time, parking fees and meeting passengers at baggage claim. Additional waiting time will be billed at $12.50 per each fifteen minutes or fraction thereof.  $10 surcharge will apply for all service commencing between 12:01am and 5:30am.  Hourly minimums will apply for vans and other high capacity vehicles Tolls and parking during service may be additional. We MUST comply with the regulations of local airport and traffic authorities. In accordance with these regulations and for your convenience, we have established the following pick up procedures:

BWI & Dulles
Our driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area for your arriving flight with a name sign.

National Airport
You may choose to meet your driver inside the baggage claim area or have your driver meet you outside the terminal on the lower level at the outer most curbside lane with a name sign on the passenger window.  However, if you choose to meet your driver on the curbside, you must call us before coming out of terminal with your luggage.   Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.

International Travelers
Our driver will meet you outside Customs with a name sign.

Union Station
Our driver will meet you at the middle curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window.

Please call our reservation number if your travel plans change or if you miss your flight so that our 24-hour operators can modify your reservation.

If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, please call our reservation number so that our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him where you are.

There will be no charge for executive lincoln town car limousine reservations scheduled between 10am-12pm, and then cancelled prior to four hours before the scheduled service. Any other reservations scheduled between 12:01am - 9:59am must be cancelled prior 12 hours before the scheduled service.  For cancellations or rescheduling, or if you have difficulty locating your USCapitollimo.com driver, please call  or our call (703)509-LIMO (703-509-5466) or call call (703)987-3056 to avoid a cancellation charge. Late cancellations and/or cancellations without prior notification to USCapitollimo.com will be charged $25 for local service or $50 for scheduled service from IAD or BWI plus parking fees incurred while waiting.
